VitroCom have been servicing the academic and industrial research, medical and fibre optics markets for over 40 years.

VitroCom manufactures ultra high quality, precision glass capillary round tubing with inner diameters of 50μm and rectangle tubing with cross-sections of 10μm x 100μm to 100mm cross-section sizes. All products adhere to the most exacting tolerances in a full spectrum of sizes, materials and shapes.

VitroCom's highly experienced engineering and design teams combine state-of-the-art computer automation with traditional glass-blowing craftsmanship to manufacture custom and stock glass products of extraordinary quality.

Square Capillaries

VitroCom's Microcells/Vitrotubes(TM) (Hollow Square Capillaries) are manufactured in Borosilicate glass with Inner Diameters (ID) from 50um to 1.00mm. Available in packs of 50mm, 100mm, 300mm and 600mm lengths.

Rectangle Capillaries

VitroCom's Vitrotubes(TM) (Hollow Rectangle Capillaries) are manufactured in Borosilicate Glass with Inner Diameters (ID) from 0.01mm x 0.10mm to 1.0mm x 10mm. Available in packs of 50mm, 100mm, 300mm and 600mm lengths. Synthetic Fused Silica capillaries, although not a standard product, can also be offered.

Round Capillaries

Round capillaries manufactured in Borosilicate glass, Clear Fused Quartz and Synthetic Fused Silica with Inner Diameters (ID) from 50um to 2.0mm. Available in packs of 100mm, 300mm or 600mm lengths.

Heavy Wall Capillary

VitroCom fabricates a complete line of Heavy Wall Capillary in Borosilicate glass with Inner Diameters (ID) from 0.025mm to 0.500mm and Outer Diameters (OD) of 3mm, 4mm, 5.5mm and 6.2mm are available. Standard unit lengths are 300mm and 600mm.

Double and Four Bore Tubing

VitroCom fabricates a range of Double and Four Bore Tubing in Borosilicate glass and Clear Fused Quartz with Bore Inner Diameters (ID) from 0.125mm to 1.500mm. Standard unit lengths are 300mm and 600mm.

Square Tubing

VitroCom fabricates a complete line of Square Tubing in Borosilicate Glass with Inner Diameters (ID) from 2mm up to 51mm. Standard unit lengths are 300mm or 600mm.

Large Ratio Rectangle Tubing

VitroCom fabricates a complete line of Large Ratio Rectangle Tubing in Borosilicate glass with greater height to width ratio. With ratios greater than 1 to 10 it is possible to acheive higher aspect ratios for microscopy analytical techniques. Standard unit lengths are 300mm and 600mm.

Rectangle Tubing

VitroCom fabricates a complete line of Rectangle Tubing in Borosilicate glass with Inner Diameters (ID) from 2mm x 4mm to 30mm x 50mm. Standard units lengths are 300mm and 600mm.

Square and Rectangle Cells

VitroCom fabricates a a range of high quality Square and Rectangle Cells in Borosilicate Glass. These clear glass sample containers have a fused flat bottom and a fire polished open end and are used when high temperature, high purity work, and visible transmission is required.
