KX syringe filters are made with reproducible membrane quality and using automated manufacturing processes, both of which ensure particulates are removed from each and every sample, extending analytical column lifetime and minimising injection port or valve damage.

The removal of particulate matter extends the lifetime of HPLC injection valves and GC liners along with their respective analytical columns; the recent developments in the field of UHPLC make filtrate quality even more important.

Nylon - Nylon Membrane Syringe Filters offer features such as excellent chemical compatibility, good solvent resistance and medium protein binding.

PTFE - PTFE Membrane Syringe Filters offer features such as extremely broad chemical and thermal compatibility

PES> - PES (Polyethersulfone) Membrane Syringe Filters offer features such as fast flow rate and high throughout and low protein binding.

PVDF - PVDF Membrane Syringe Filters offer features such as broad chemical compatibility and low UV absorbing extractables

Mixed Cellulose Esters (MCE)– MCE Membrane syringe filters are a biologically inert mixture of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate membrane that offer improved hydrophilic character and very low protein binding.

Utilising the standard Luer-lok – Luer connections, KX Syringe Filters are available in 0.22µm and 0.45µm porosities and 4mm, 13mm, 25mm and 30mm diameters.
